At Parkwood American Grille, we believe a great atmosphere is created by everyone in the room. To maintain an elegant yet comfortable dining experience, we kindly request a smart casual dress code.
The following items are too casual for our dining room and are not permitted:
-
Athletic Wear: Gym clothes, sweatpants, jerseys, and sports headwear.
-
Sleeveless Shirts: For men.
-
Casual Footwear: Flip-flops, slides, or beachwear.
Our team takes great pride in their appearance, and we sincerely appreciate you dressing for the occasion.
Dining Guidelines
-
Payment: For your convenience, we accept both cash and major credit cards.
-
Families & Children: We are a family-friendly restaurant and joyfully welcome well-behaved children in both our main dining room and on the outdoor patio. We are happy to provide high chairs and booster seats for our youngest guests. Please note that children are not permitted to sit in the bar area.
-
Stroller Policy: To keep walkways clear and safe, strollers are only permitted on our outdoor patio. For indoor dining, strollers can be securely checked at the host stand. We kindly ask parents to step away from indoor seated areas if an infant or young child needs comforting.
-
Menu Modifications: We want to honor the integrity of our chef's creations. While we accommodate serious allergies, substitutions and modifications are highly limited.
-
Allergies: Menu descriptions are abbreviated. Please inform your server of any food allergies before ordering.
-
Technology & Devices: To preserve the ambiance for everyone, please set devices to silent. We ask that you take cell phone conversations outside the dining areas and refrain from using laptops or tablets at the table.
